Last night, Kyle and I got the chance to see P!NK live in concert which, of course, called for me wearing the brightest hot pink lippie in my stash! I have had the brand new Protea shade by 100% Pure just collecting dust in my collection so I figured, what better time to try it out? This lip is seriously so bright and bold, the perfect warm-toned pink that will literally last for hours, free off all harsh lake dyes and common skin irritating ingredients. If you are in need of a new signature Summer color, this sure is a fun one to try. I also wanted to see how the lipstick would change if I added the Beach Glow blush over and I loved it! It made the lippie super matte but metallic aka, even more fun for Summer! Below are the full details of my look!
When it comes to makeup brushes, did you know that you are technically supposed to wash them after every use? As you can imagine, our makeup brushes are a breeding ground for bacteria so while I don’t wash mine daily, I do understand the importance of clean brushes so I try to do it as often as I can. A popular question that I get asked often, though, is how do I clean them!? While I used to use Dr. Bronners, as of lately, I have switched to my Aleavia body wash, any scent, and I do find that it works even better to get my brushes squeaky clean and stay super soft. So, here is a quick breakdown of exactly how I clean my makeup brushes, naturally!
A few of you asked if I could make today’s look into a blog so, here you go! Straight to the point, here are the items featured in today’s Get Ready With Me and can you believe it? I even wore blush! Please include a clear and quality selfie taken indoors with bare skin, facing a window to see your tones in natural light.
Let’s face it; if you own hair styling tools or like to dye your hair, chances are your hair might be suffering from some damage! Considering I used to have bleached blonde hair, then jet black hair, and now have a more natural hair color, I am no stranger to hair damage which is why I wanted to do a blog on exactly how I repaired my hair after some significant self-inflicted damage!
