Thank you so much for supporting the Organic Bunny store! Here are some popular questions on my policies to better explain how this store works.

USA Shipping Rates + Delivery-

All orders will ship priority 2-3 day mail with all orders shipping out the same day unless an item is on Back Order. Because USPS is the official mail handler, once mail is scanned into the USPS system, the Organic Bunny store is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Priority Mail packages do come with up to $100 insured, so any smaller orders or orders over $100 will need to purchase additional insurance for full coverage. Please email us to arrange it. Once packages are marked as “delivered” by USPS, please get in touch with them for further information if your package was not received. They are able to locate the last known scanned location of your package to provide more precise information than we are able to see.

Damaged Packages-

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with clear photos of the damage. Please do not throw anything away until photos are taken.

Canadian Shipping-

We are now shipping to Canada! We use USPS, so please plan to pay import fees on your package.

Returns + Exchanges-

Once products leave the Organic Bunny warehouse, all sales become final. Many products do not come with sanitary seals making it unsafe to put them back on the shelves. Because skin can take some time to adjust to new products and detox from any changes, it is best to allow 2-3 weeks of use to see how your skin truly takes on new items. Sometimes a few uses alone are not enough time to let the new products get to work. How to Cancel or Modify Orders-

Because we ship so quickly, we cannot cancel or modify already placed orders at all. Please do not checkout unless you are sure you are ready to order.
