FAQ RETURNS & EXCHANGES Once your order leaves the Organic Bunny warehouse, all sales become final as the brands do not accept returns from us. Many products do not come with sanitary seals making it unsafe to put them back on the shelves as we can not guarantee they remained shut once gone. We also offer personal consultations with a licensed Esthetician to ensure you get the perfect products for you. Please email us at any time for help with ordering [email protected]! Also, because the skin can take some time to adjust to new products as well as to detox from any changes, it is best to allow 3-4 weeks of use to see how your skin truly responds to new items. Sometimes a few uses alone are simply not enough time to let your skin adjust. If you get an item and need some additional help, we would love to help troubleshoot via the email address above to hopefully get it performing better for you. ORGANIC BUNNY PACKAGE PROTECTION Once your order leaves the Organic Bunny warehouse, all sales become final. If your package comes damaged, you will need to file a claim with USPS as all packages leave us in perfect condition. All orders shipped Priority Mail come with insurance, however, it can be a pain claiming with USPS so we now offer our own Package Protection, for an additional small cost at checkout, to resolve these matters hassle-free directly with us! Be sure to add Package Protection to your order at checkout if you would like Organic Bunny to handle any damages, broken items, lost or stolen packages without USPS’s claim process. If you do get the PP at checkout, please be sure to report any damages, issues or missing packages within a week of the delivery date or arrival of your order. Any reports outside of a 7-day window will not be covered as too much time has passed to ensure the problem happened during transit. HOW CAN WE GET HELP FROM YOUR ESTHETICIAN? Here at the Organic Bunny, we want to make sure you love every single item you purchase which is why we have a full-time, in-house, green beauty Esthetician to help you pick out the perfect items, just for you! All orders ship the same day if placed before 2 pm PST unless you have items on Back Order, they may ship at a later date. The Organic Bunny store ships via USPS Priority Mail for larger orders which means your order should be to your door within 2-3 days. All orders shipped via Priority Mail come with $100 of insurance, however, if USPS marks your package as delivered, they will not be much help. If you have trouble with your postman, please add a required signature to your order. Smaller packages do not come insured and once they are picked up by USPS, Organic Bunny is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as they have become the responsibility of USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance to cover smaller orders being sent via First Class Mail or you’d like to verify the shipping service that will be used on your order please email us prior to ordering and we are happy to help you out! HOW DO WE USE OUR POINTS? Now, you can earn Bunny Money every time you shop! You will earn 1 point per dollar spent and once you get to 500 points, when you go to check out, a coupon will pop up and you will have the choice to use it or not! You must hit 500 points for the coupon to show. Happy shopping! WHEN DO BACK ORDERS SHIP This depends on the brand, as we carry many international brands that can take some time to clear customs. Also, many items do sell out with the brand directly, which means Organic Bunny is waiting for more, along with you! On average, most Back Orders should ship within 3-6 days, but there are other delay factors like those mentioned above. Once the items arrive back in stock, you will get another USPS tracking email to notify you they are on the way! MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT ITS’S NOT! USPS is known for scanning packages before the items actually arrive so we always advise waiting a few extra days to see if it turns up. USPS also has been known to deliver packages to wrong addresses so it’s a good idea to ask the neighbors if they have seen your mail. Because USPS and Organic Bunny are not affiliated, for all questions pertaining to lost or stolen mail, please contact them directly to ask for the last known GPS location of your package that only they can provide. HOW TO FILE A USPS CLAIM? If USPS has lost or damaged your mail, you can easily file a claim with them at usps.com. They will need your tracking number and our address. Email us about this! They are pretty good at refunding any missing mail but if the package shows “delivered” it can be harder to prove it was not delivered or stolen.
