Summer is here which for most people means it’s time to kick back and relax, but for me, running a small business and an international dog rescue, well… life feels extra busy with so so so much to do. While I know I won’t be having a carefree Summer like everyone else, I at least wanted to find something that might help lighten the load, naturally, of course! Thankfully, I did find something that I do love and feel is super effective so I will share it below!
Because 2022 is the year of total healing for me, my self-care regimen is something I’m pretty dedicated to, now more than ever! How I Take This
I personally take this directly out of the pump, simply remove the cap and pump 12 pumps into my mouth. You can also place this onto a spoon or into a drink or smoothie! It’s also pretty tasty in a cup with ice and some sparkling water or tea! Yum.
Taste-wise- this has a very botanical, floral, fruity taste! Think lavender meets Citrus? I wouldn’t say that it is “tasty” by any means but it’s not hard to take and does have an overall pleasant taste.
