Returns & Exchanges

Once your order leaves the Organic Bunny warehouse, all sales become final as the brands do not accept returns from us. Many products do not come with sanitary seals making it unsafe to put them back on the shelves as I can not guarantee they remained shut once gone. We also offer personal consultations with a licensed Esthetician and FREE samples to reduce order mistakes. Please email us at any time for help with ordering info@theorganicbunny.com

Also, because skin can take some time to adjust to new products as well as to detox from any changes, it is best to allow 2-3 weeks of use to see how your skin truly takes on new items. Sometimes a few uses alone is simply not enough time to let the new products get to work.

Right now, my business is very small so returns and exchanges are not possible, however, I hope to be able to offer that as an option in the future!

What FREE Samples Do You Have?

As an extra little thank you for shopping at the Organic Bunny store, we like to add custom FREE samples to any order, when possible! We can include any 2 samples of your choice, just leave a note at checkout with what you’d like to try and if it is in stock, it will be included.

Please note- We do not have samples of all items and since this is just a request, we do our best to accommodate but can not guarantee we have all items in stock to sample! Brands we most often have select samples in are-

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders ship same day if placed before 2pm PST unless you have items on Back Order, they may ship at a later date. The Organic Bunny store ships via USPS Priority Mail which means your order should be to your door within 2-3 days.

All orders shipped via Priority Mail come with $100 of insurance, however, if USPS marks your package as delivered, they will not be much help. If you have trouble with your postman, please add a required signature to your order. Small packages do not come insured and once they leave the Organic Bunny Headquarters, they are at the mercy of USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance to protect your smaller mail, please let us know and we are happy to add it!

When Do Back Orders Ship?

This depends on the brand as I do carry various international brands that can take some time to get to me. Also, many items do sell out nation wide which means I am waiting for more along with you!

On average, most Back Orders should ship within 3-6 days but there are other delay factors like those mentioned above. Once the items arrive back in, you will get another USPS tracking email to notify you they are on the way!

My Order Shows Delivered But It's Not!

USPS is known for scanning packages before the items actually deliver so we always advise waiting a few extra days to see if it turns up. USPS also has been known to deliver packages to wrong addresses. Because USPS and Organic Bunny are not affiliated, all USPS questions pertaining to lost or stolen mail would need to be addressed directly with them.

How to File a USPS Claim?

If USPS has lost your mail, you can easily file a claim with them at usps.com. They will need your tracking number and my address. Below is the address to provide them! They are pretty good at refunding any missing mail but if the package shows “delivered” it can be harder.

Do You Ship Internationally?

I do not offer International shipping at this time but I am happy to announce it is in motion and I plan to have it up and running Summer 2018.

Not only do we never share or sell your information, it is only used to provide you with the best customer service possible. We do keep your Name, Email, Address and Payment Info on file so we can easily solve any problems that may occur with your order.

All transactions are protected by the SSL technology, ensuring all of your personal information is kept private and secure. Because this is the internet, and there is a risk of the site being hacked, we can not guarantee your information to ever be 100% secure, all we can do is our best which is what the SSL provides.
