Simply hold it in meditation at bedtime and allow its soothing energy to help you drift peacefully to sleep. Sit cross-legged on your bed in a calm, darkened room and close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, clearing your mind. Once you feel calm and grounded, place your howlite under your pillow for a night of deep and peaceful sleep.

Place In – Pocket or purse to remove negative feelings, or under your pillow at night to relieve insomnia.

How To Cleanse– If you have a singing bowl it is a great way to cleanse your Howlite crystal. Simply place your stone inside the bowl and play it. The sound will fill and cleanse both your crystal and your environment. If you don’t have a singing bowl, you can use running water or a saltwater solution to cleanse your stone’s toxic energies. Just make sure not to leave the stone soaking for longer than 7 hours.
