Soothing kelp combined with vitamin E gives this light emulsion the ability to gently cleanse and lightly exfoliate the skin while maintaining its natural moisture. This always leaves my skin feeling silky smooth and clean but never tight or dry.

To Use- Spread over face and throat with light circular movements. Rinse well with warm water. Use morning and evening.
