Package Protection Plan Want to protect your Organic Bunny store order in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit!? If so, you can now choose to add on a small cost to protect your order. Once packages leave Organic Bunny, typically, we turn you over to USPS to file a claim if there are any issues. As you all know, that can be pretty painful and time-consuming, so we created our own package protection program. By purchasing this at checkout, your order will be covered entirely in case it goes missing, is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. Please know this protection plan only covers ONE replacement order. If you want to add a signature to your replacement order, please let Customer Service know, as it is a $3 add-on charge. If your second replacement order is lost or stolen, we cannot be responsible, so please do your best to ship the replacement to an address you know you can accept packages to safely. Here is how to submit a claim to us if this occurs. Email [email protected] your order # and the issue you are experiencing. If your package arrived damaged, please email clear photos of the damage. Please also be sure to let us know exactly what was damaged. If your order is marked as delivered by USPS, your order will be covered; however, we do have to wait one week to see if the package will show up with USPS. Oftentimes, USPS mis-scans packages or delivers them to a neighboring home. They can also prematurely scan the package as delivered, but it will show up a few days later. We must wait one week to see if the order turns up, and if it does not, we will replace the package if you purchased the protection plan. Basically, if there are any issues with your package arriving in less-than-perfect condition, you will now be 100% protected, so be sure to check this option at checkout to feel the most secure!
