To Use- Apply to the edge of the eyelashes for an intense look. Draw a thick line from the outer corner of the eye. For a better hold, degrade it slightly, then powder it with eyeshadow using a brush, either with the same shade as the pencil or another shade to create a contrast. Can be used for brows, too!

I love using this as an eyeliner and it also works well for my brows when I’m in a pinch! It is smooth and easy to apply, and I love the dark brown shade! Not quite black, but darker than a typical brown!

This is a pretty color brown. It’s dark. It went on smoothly and stayed on all day!
