To Use- Apply this anywhere pigment is needed. Create a thick or thin line across the upper lash line and extend outwards making it thicker at the outer corner edge. You may also add this to the lower lash line to frame the eyes, along the waterlines for added definition or smudged for a more smoky, dramatic look.

Switching over to non-toxic eyeliner was hard for me because my toxic ones always worked so well. Some have said that this eyeliner runs down your face, but I have not experienced that at all. It stays in place unless I rub it. Just make sure there is not too much oil or moisurizer on your face. I am so glad I chose this Lily Lolo pencil!

This eyeliner is just as good if not better than conventional toxic eyeliners. It stays put all day long, yet is easy to wash off.

I really love this eyeliner. It has never irritated my eyes and it doesn’t run. I have had the Black for quite some time, but recently purchased the brown for a more natural look, and equally love it. The pencil is soft and applied smooth. Tip* if I want a more soft but bold straight line I will simply apply this to a clean eye liner brush, then apply to my eyelid. Makes for a soft but bold eye liner look.

Best non-toxic eyeliner out there! I tend to have greasy/oily lids, so sometimes my eyeliner ends up on my upper eyelid. Not this eyeliner, it stayed put. It also blended nicely on my lash line. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars – I would love it to be mechanical. I hate sharpening pencils!

An awesome recommendation from organic bunny’s esthetician. I wanted a liner that would stay put and not tug at my lids when applying. This pencil is so smooth and super easy to work with. I can do a wing liner w no issues. I’ve also applied it on the inner rim and does not transfer.

This Lily Lolo eye liner and mascara are my go to! I’m very impressed by the application and that it stays put, until I remove it. I think the brown eyeliner and brown mascara (if available) is on my horizon.

I usually go for a liquid liner but I’ve really been loving this pencil lately! It’s smooth and easy to make the perfect wing, or define the waterline. For a softer look I use a thin brush to smudge it or leave it as is for a bolder look. Very buildable and versatile!
