Check out this makeup remover from Gabriel Cosmetics.  An extremely mild liquid of sea fennel and chamomile, which gently and effectively removes all traces of eye makeup without irritating the delicate eye area. Eyebright extract soothes tired, sore eyes and diffuses redness and puffiness.

To Use- Saturate a cotton ball and gently wipe away eye makeup.

    Love this bc it’s an eye-makeup remover that’s not oil-based so it has a non-greasy finish and leaves no film on the skin! It doesn’t irritate my eyes either which is also rare!
