• 11-15 lbs: 0.56ml
• 16-20 lbs: 1.0 ml
• 21-30 lbs: 1.3 ml
• 31-40 lbs: 2.0 ml
• 41-50 lbs: 2.5 ml
• 51-60 lbs: 3.3 ml
• 61-70 lbs: 4.0 ml
• 71-80 lbs: 4.5 ml
• 80+ lbs: 5.0 ml
